Vince kidnapped a woman, who is currently unnamed although he plans to call her Moira. He's going to break her spirit and turn her into the ideal sex slave. Then, it seems that he is going to sell her to Rane.
I think it's safe to say that both Vince and Rane are sadists, and misogynists. Rane probably owns a number of sex slaves, which he may trade, sell, or keep for his own personal use.

Also, there's some guy named Tim. He's probably also a pervert. Tim and Vince are good friends. You can tell because Vince signs the letter with his nickname, Vinny.
